Hello, I am Jill Shepherd.

I have been a Bodyworker since 1999 and have a private practice in Fort Collins, Colorado: Peace Love and Bodywork, LLC. My passion is health enhancement through hands on therapy; encouraging clean, healthy food choices and daily movement; utilizing herbal remedies and customized flower essences; discussing appropriate supplements and teaching supportive self care.
